Job Title: User Experience Designer - Crafting Intuitive Interfaces

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering user-centered designs that elevate the user experience across web and mobile platforms.

About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform design decisions. You will create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
* Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
* Design interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products
* Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
* Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and communicate design ideas
* Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to improve user experiences

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or tech company
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
* Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design
* Solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of frontend development
* Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of past UI/UX projects

Preferred Skills:
* Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise-level applications
* Animation or micro-interaction design experience using tools like Principle or Lottie
* Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
