Job Title: Devops Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to lead critical infrastructure at scale. As a key member of our technical team, you will support managing, scaling, and securing high-performance cloud and on-prem systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps/SRE engineers.
    • Drive best practices, reviews, incident response, and system reliability.
    • Foster a security-first, ownership-driven culture.
  • Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure:
    • Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient systems across GCP and on-prem environments.
    • Build disaster recovery (DR) strategies with clear RTO/RPO targets.
    • Use Terraform, Helm, and IaC to automate infrastructure.
  • Ci/Cd & Automation:
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and monoliths.
    • Automate ops using Python, Bash, or Go.
    • Integrate DevSecOps across the SDLC.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Secure networks, gateways, APIs, proxies, and service meshes.
    • Manage authentication (OAuth2, SAML, IAM) and zero-trust models.
    • Ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA), patching, and threat management.
  • Monitoring & Incident Management:
    • Implement and manage observability (Prometheus, ELK, Stackdriver, Grafana).
    • Lead 24/7 incident response and RCA practices.
    • Improve SLAs, SLOs, and system reliability metrics.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with dev, QA, security, and product teams.
    • Evaluate tools and emerging technologies.
    • Translate business needs into resilient infrastructure.
