Our client, a forward-thinking and fully digital Islamic Bank, is seeking an accomplished and visionary professional to lead their IT Infrastructure Division. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role designed for a candidate with a proven track record in banking technology, infrastructure management, and regulatory compliance.

Important: The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience with cloud-based financial applications such as Nayapay, Sadapay, and other digital banking platforms, showcasing a strong understanding of modern financial ecosystems.

Position Summary: Head of IT Infrastructure

As the Head of IT Infrastructure, you will serve as the strategic architect and custodian of the Bank's core technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and evolving a resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure framework that supports the Bank's growing suite of digital services. This includes cloud transformation, platform engineering, and system architecture that aligns with regulatory frameworks and business objectives.

Qualification:

  • Have 10–12 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles within the banking industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Possess deep expertise in cloud migration, network and system engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Islamic banking principles or a willingness to align technology solutions within a Shariah-compliant financial framework.
  • Have led enterprise-wide infrastructure transformations in highly regulated environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs750, Rs850,000.00 per month
