Job Title: Senior Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled senior cost estimator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare detailed and accurate bill of quantities for tendering and procurement purposes, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  2. Negotiation with Suppliers: Engage in effective negotiation with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices for materials and services.
  3. Quality Control on Site: Maintain high standards of quality on site through proper material usage and installation process, ensuring that work meets the required specifications.
  4. Payment Certificates and Sub-contractors: Prepare and send interim payment certificates to sub-contractors, ensuring timely payments and resolving any disputes that may arise.
  5. Processing Variations and Extra Works: Assist with the processing of variations and extra works, including the preparation of bills for variation works, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the financial management of projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide accurate and timely cost estimates.
