Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time onsite role that requires a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, technical architecture, and business processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze, map, and optimize the technical side of eCommerce systems while driving business outcomes such as improved user experience, system efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Analysis & eCommerce Platforms: Conduct a detailed analysis of the technical infrastructure of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved performance.
  • Technical Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (developers, system architects, product owners) to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed specifications.
  • System Mapping & Architecture: Create and update system architecture diagrams and technical documentation to map out the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Integration and API Management: Analyze and evaluate API integrations between various platforms and third-party systems to ensure data flow, synchronization, and performance are optimized.
  • Technical Customer Journey Optimization: Work closely with development and UX teams to analyze customer journeys from a technical perspective, identifying areas where the user experience can be improved by optimizing technical performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification(s) in a relevant field will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on eCommerce projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
