We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to help us expand our international customer base and drive revenue growth. As a Global Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in international markets and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of international markets to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Stay updated with market conditions, regulations, and cultural nuances that may impact sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to enter new markets, expand customer base, and increase revenue. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and tactics.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide ongoing support, address customer inquiries and concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Performance Metrics and Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of international sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of global markets, cultural differences, and business practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and MS Office suite.
