Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Crane Product Line Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of tower cranes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine inspections and repairs on tower cranes. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance to customers, as well as phone and email support for technical queries.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Commissioning and Testing: Conduct commissioning and testing of new tower cranes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers, operators, and maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
