Overview

ZOOMLION is seeking for SERVICE ENGINEER for Tower Crane Product Line. The ideal candidates will be responsible for;

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on tower cranes. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues. Replace or repair faulty components.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance to customers. Offer phone and email support for technical queries. Collaborate with customers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures. Maintain high-quality standards for work performed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other documentation. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Work closely with other service engineers, technicians, and support staff. Share knowledge and expertise to improve team performance.
  • Commissioning and Testing: Conduct commissioning and testing of new tower cranes. Ensure that all safety features and functions are operational.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers, operators, and maintenance personnel. Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment. Ensure necessary materials are available for maintenance and repairs.
  • Travel and On-Call: Travel to customer sites, construction sites, or other locations as required.
Requirements
  • Under 40 years old, full-time bachelor degree or above, mechanical or related major preferred.
  • Responsible - can bear the pressure of the work, accept posting overseas, and subject to organizational arrangement.
  • Must not be afraid of heights.
