Event Streaming Leader

This position is responsible for managing and leading the development of event-driven architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kafka clusters, ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ, and other messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices for event-driven microservices, schema management, and message governance.
  • Manage real-time data ingestion pipelines to support payments, transactions, analytics, and fraud detection use cases.
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing high-throughput, low-latency solutions.
  • Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks.
  • Drive capacity planning, scaling strategies, and disaster recovery for messaging platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
