Job Title: Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of brand strategies to drive business growth.

  • Authorize and verify customer credit through audit department
  • Manage stock movement into warehouse and market
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Address customer queries for satisfaction
  • Use information systems to coordinate order cycle
  • Develop and manage team (Brand Accountant, Store In charge, Recovery Officers, Salesmen)
  • Monitor market growth and check on market credit
  • Resolve day-to-day issues or complaints with customers, executives, marketing personnel
  • Strengthen client brand identity in Market
  • Develop marketing and advertising strategies
  • Conduct meetings with clients
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted secondary volume, market share
  • Coordinate distributor dispatch order form process till dispatch of load from warehouse
  • Deploy and manage assets
  • Ensure optimal utilization of company assets in Market
  • Supervise/monitor stocks transactions against planning and forecasting
  • Work closely with Recruiting, HR, and Sales Enablement teams for hiring and onboarding of new sales teams
