We are seeking a
Creative Strategist
who will act as the
brain behind our campaigns
—bringing fresh ideas, conducting market research, and collaborating with the design and marketing teams to produce high-impact creatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and develop
    creative campaign ideas, concepts, and content directions
    for different digital platforms.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking
    to generate insights for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the
    design team
    to bring ideas to life, ensuring creativity aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Work with the
    marketing team
    to create ad copies, storyboards, and campaign briefs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on audience behavior and creative effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with
    global creative and marketing trends
    in e-commerce, fintech, and digital advertising.
  • Support
    brand storytelling
    and help craft unique narratives for clients and internal projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in a creative or marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for design and branding (not a designer, but able to guide design teams).
  • Ability to think outside the box, spot trends early, and bring
    innovative ideas
    to the table.
