Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Color Strategist to join our team. The Color Strategist will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and applying color trends to enhance our products, branding, and customer experiences. This role combines expertise in design, psychology, market insights, and cultural context to create impactful color strategies that support business objectives and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Research global and regional color trends, consumer behavior, and cultural influences.

Develop and maintain seasonal color palettes that align with product, marketing, and brand strategies.

Collaborate with product designers, textile developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive color application.

Provide insights on color psychology and its influence on customer engagement and purchasing decisions.

Analyze competitor offerings and industry movements to identify color opportunities.

Ensure consistency of color usage across digital, physical, and packaging touchpoints.

Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate color execution and quality standards.

Present color concepts and strategies to stakeholders through visual storytelling and mood boards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Textile, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of color theory, psychology of color, and trend forecasting.

Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Pantone tools).

3–5 years of experience in fashion, textiles, branding, or related industries.

Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.

Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
