We are seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial function as we expand globally.

  1. The primary role of this position is to provide tailored financial management for their assigned vertical, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
  2. This role involves close collaboration with operational teams to optimize financial outcomes and drive growth.

Key accountabilities include:

  1. Preparing budgets and forecasts for the assigned vertical, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  2. Analyzing P&L statements and providing variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
  3. Tracking and managing costs, including sourcing, logistics, production, or operational expenses relevant to the vertical.
  4. Developing cost-control measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  5. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, including tax filings, payroll accuracy, and statutory obligations.
  6. Overseeing payroll processing for employees within the vertical.
  7. Partnering with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
  8. Acting as a key liaison between finance operations and vertical teams.
  9. Identifying and implementing efficiencies in financial operations to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial management or analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems.
