Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to drive project success, foster growth, and enhance visibility across multiple initiatives. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring timely project delivery and clarity throughout.


Responsibilities
  • Lead project progress through structured tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for team, project, and professional growth.
  • Identify bottlenecks and delivery risks, collaborating with teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including PMs, designers, and external stakeholders, to define project scope, technical approach, and resource allocation.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, measuring performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Foster open communication, encouraging collaboration and visibility across projects.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential application within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced environments, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Deep understanding of secure software development lifecycles and project management best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset focused on outcomes, not just process.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
