Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector, including lead generation, client outreach, and networking.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  3. Develop and present business proposals that align with client needs and company services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, and web development.
  4. Analyze digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry needs to stay ahead of the curve.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets, while tracking performance and reporting results.
  6. Negotiate contracts and manage business deals from initiation to closure.
  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a network of potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proven success in generating leads, closing sales, and meeting targets within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored business proposals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales management software.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
