Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Overview

Looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role requires someone who can connect with teams, energize networks and build a referral engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive internal referrals by connecting with teams, energizing networks, and building a referral engine
  • Represent the company at BTL events, campus drives, job fairs, walk-ins, and more
  • Be the brand ambassador, hosting activations, pop-ups, and internal campaigns with energy and poise
  • Create visibility through videos, event reels, and social brand stories
  • Support talent attraction by partnering with the TA team to drive buzz and engagement

Requirements:

  • Confidence, articulation, and strong on-camera presence
  • Experience in PR, brand activation, events, or HR engagement
  • Ability to dress professionally and own the space physically and digitally
  • Comfortable holding conversations with anyone, anywhere
  • Charm and clarity in every interaction
  • Bonus: Experience in fashion societies, brand promos, influencer gigs, or university outreach roles
