About the Role:

  • This role involves writing engaging weekly articles on verified claims, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for our audience.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior fact-checkers, contributing to broader organisational goals, including social media monitoring.
Key Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, or a related field is essential.
  • Candidates should have at least one year of journalism experience or similar; experience in a fast-paced start-up or dynamic team environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as proficiency in Urdu, are required.
  • Able to produce high-quality, engaging articles that meet our audience's needs.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for monitoring and analysing online content.
