Drive Sales Growth in Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive our sales efforts and develop effective strategies to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  5. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations to communicate progress to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategic plans for the sales team.
  • To establish key accounts and build long-term relationships with major clients.
  • To analyze sales data and create actionable insights to improve performance.
  • To negotiate and finalize sales deals while maintaining transparency and trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in logistics and supply chain sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly.
