Job Overview

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to generate high-quality lead lists for our IT services company.
  • This individual will be responsible for defining and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, specifically targeting the USA market.
  • S/He should possess strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
  • The ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily is crucial, utilizing mostly free tools to minimize cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate or work independently to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services and software consultancy domain.
  • Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including company name, contact person's name and job title, verified business email addresses, LinkedIn profile URLs, company size, industry, and location.
  • Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
  • Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily, leveraging mostly free tools to minimize cost.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRMs or email outreach tools.
  • Understanding of IT services and consultancy target personas.
  • Prior to remote or freelance work experience.
