Sales Team Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base.
  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Expertise in creating and implementing sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the beverage industry and local market dynamics.
  • Training & Development: Skilled in training and guiding staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
