Sales Operations Manager

We require an experienced sales operations professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales operations and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager include increasing sales and meeting targets, ensuring that sales agents are making sales. This involves developing and implementing effective sales processes, providing coaching and mentoring to sales team members, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Additional responsibilities include hiring sales agents, which includes searching for and interviewing potential candidates, then onboarding new recruits with industry and company policy training. The Assistant Branch Manager must also evaluate existing team members' performances and take necessary actions when required.

Candidates with experience in sales will be given preference; however, fresh candidates with higher studies are encouraged to apply.
