Requirements:

  • Relevant graduate degree (B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
