Content Creation Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Content Creation Leader to drive our content strategy forward. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling and a proven ability to develop innovative concepts that engage target audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content across various platforms, including digital campaigns, websites, emailers, social media, print, and other marketing materials. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
  • Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth
  • Review and proofread content to ensure it meets brand standards and is free of errors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across different media
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in SEO copywriting, digital marketing, and branding is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
