**Deputy Chief Engineer Position**We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Chief Engineer to lead our quality assurance and quality control initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the highest standards of quality across our engineering processes and deliverables.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive quality strategy, aligning our engineering teams with organizational objectives to achieve and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create detailed quality plans, outlining methodologies, processes, and standards to be employed across engineering projects, aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead our quality control team, overseeing quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle, including inspection procedures, audits, and compliance with established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality considerations into engineering projects, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure quality standards align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze quality non-conformances, execute remedial actions, and establish preventative measures to guarantee continual improvement and address future challenges.
  • Maintain accurate document control systems to ensure accuracy of quality procedures, inspection results, and compliance documents.
  • Provide regular quality reports to senior management, detailing progress, accomplishments, and problems, highlighting specific examples of how quality programs have improved project quality and organizational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional audit teams within the department to ensure routine processes comply with our HSE&QA guidelines and implement HSE&QA procedures and protocols.
  • Identify and assess risks under their management or ownership, develop risk response strategies, monitor risks, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
