Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to lead our team in developing and delivering exceptional content that showcases our products in the North American market.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our marketing, product, and customer success teams to gain a deep understanding of our customers, identify opportunities for content marketing, and create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and measure digital content to strengthen our brand and optimize the path to conversion.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation, including manuals, help topics, and FAQs for our SaaS products.
  • Create high-quality whitepapers, case studies, and other social proof materials to demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Conduct independent research and author web content published on business blogs, newsletters, and distribution lists.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the SaaS and tech industries.
  • Implement standards for developing and delivering exceptional documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in English, Social Sciences, Journalism, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience creating and editing diverse content for the web.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Google Analytics is an asset.
