  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling, while helping manage employee records and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Perform administrative tasks for both marketing and HR departments, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining databases.
  • Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvements by gathering data for marketing and HR reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with social media platforms.
