Virtual Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Appointment Coordinator to manage the schedules of our Sales Representatives by scheduling virtual appointments.

The primary objective of this role is to book as many Zoom meetings as possible for the Sales Representative to meet with clients.

This opportunity involves prospecting on leads will not be required, as all leads to dial on will be provided. These will also not be cold calls.

The Virtual Appointment Coordinator's job is to call clients, have a conversation with them (scripts & training fully provided), and book an appointment based on a time suitable for the client and the Sales Representative.

The purpose of the phone call is to schedule an appointment between the life insurance client and the Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to book appointments on provided leads
  • Utilize our App properly to make detailed comments on leads to keep a record of the conversation with the clients
  • Provide daily end-of-day reports on progress and weekly reports (must be completed on time)
  • Maintain consistent communication with the representative and team during working hours
  • Target 12-15+ appointments booked weekly, with a minimum of 8-10+ that show up
  • Complete 15-20+ dials every hour
  • Finish our 5-day accelerator training program (not paid)
  • Complete our 3-step recruiting process (phone call interview, Zoom live role-play, and accelerator training)

Work Schedule:

A minimum of 6 hours per shift is required. Available work hours: 3PM-9PM EST (Toronto Time) - 30 hours weekly commitment (additional hours may be available based on performance).

Requirements:

A stable internet connection (no disconnecting due to load shedding or poor signal strength) and backup power source are necessary. Fast cell phone and laptop/tablet (for Zoom) are required.
