Job Description

A detail-oriented and reliable Time & Attendance Coordinator is needed to monitor, record, and manage working hours of factory employees based in the UK and US. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and excellent communication skills.

This individual will be responsible for monitoring daily attendance and working hours of UK-based factory workers using SAP, cross-checking timesheets filled by employees with time logged on jobs and resolving discrepancies. They will also review discrepancies between budgeted time for each job and time recorded by floor workers on a prescribed schedule.

Key responsibilities include:
