Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for all new items into the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Partner with Category Managers, Sales Teams, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers to gather and verify item setup information, including UPCs, descriptions, pricing, case pack, weights, and dimensions.

  • Maintained and updated master data records for new and existing SKUs.

  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve item setup issues in a timely manner.

  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors during the item setup process, ensuring all onboarding documentation and requirements are met.

  • Support seasonal or category resets by managing item transitions and item lifecycle updates.

  • Conduct regular audits of item files to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in item setup, merchandising support, supply chain, or related role preferably in wholesale distribution or consumer goods.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and data management systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a customer service orientation.
