Financial Data Integrity Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data within an organization.

The Financial Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for collecting and analyzing financial information to facilitate informed business decisions.

Maintaining high-quality financial master data is a top priority, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date financial information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data quality in the financial systems, both local and divisional
  • Collect and provide necessary information to maintain financial master data, working closely with the Master Data team
  • Analyze trends across key Profit and Loss and Balance sheet indicators (revenue, OPEX, COGS, DSO, Inventory, CAPEX)
  • Provide variance analysis and comments on relevant financial metrics to stakeholders from Finance and Business teams
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations for senior management and business leaders
  • Assist in constructing the 3-Year plan and preparing business cases for investment committees related to CAPEX and Research and Development
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and design new reports/analysis as needed
  • Own responsibility for maintaining high-quality financial master data
