
Virtual Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to manage our remote office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and in a team with flexibility, and have proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Manage routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, assisting clients, etc.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Supervise a small remote team
- Prepare and submit regular reports, proposals, and presentations
- Attend virtual meetings as required
- Compile and present daily activity reports
- Organize and manage daily tasks and projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Higher secondary education and a diploma or higher in any field
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team with flexibility
