Effective Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to oversee the abstraction, management and optimization of contract data and processes.
This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of accuracy, accessibility, and compliance in contract database management, maintenance, and retrieval.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry or an administrative role, with a proven track record of meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:- Contract Database Management: Responsible for organizing, abstracting, storing, and retrieving contract data and legal documentation.
- Monitoring and Supervision: Ensure accuracy of data saved automatically into contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and accurately inputting customer contract information into databases or software systems.
- Accurate Inputting: Accurately input vendor contract information into databases or software systems, including details such as contract start and end dates, terms and conditions, pricing information, and any relevant customer details.
- Process Changes: Process all changes to contract data records in contract data management system on contract status, including metrics such as renewal rates, contract value, and any issues or trends observed.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all contract data is maintained with high levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability, in alignment with company-wide data governance processes.
- Error Rectification: Identify and rectify any data entry errors or inconsistencies to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
- Maintain strict adherence to internal business process SLAs and guarantee contract data and reporting are completed appropriately within designated timeframes.
- Support the wider contract management team as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and collaborative environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in Business Administration, Information Systems, Legal or related fields are a plus.
- Experience in data entry or an administrative role is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs).
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
