Sales Development Representative Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to excel in a fully remote environment, focused on lead generation through cold calling and emailing.

This position offers flexibility to work from anywhere, with the goal of understanding our business goals and customer needs. To succeed, you need:

  1. To take a creative approach to lead generation, utilizing excellent spoken and written English skills.
  2. To make numerous cold calls per day, prioritizing tasks for maximum impact.
  3. To have experience selling to businesses, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises.
  4. To tailor your approach to each customer's needs and make them feel valued.
  5. To navigate potential obstacles while maintaining respect and professionalism.
  6. To possess a thick skin, natural curiosity, and relentless pursuit of leads without taking rejection personally.
  7. To capture attention, listen actively, and present our value proposition effectively.

You will collaborate with a fast-growing, remote team, ideally having experience with:

  1. Hubspot CRM
  2. Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Sheets)
  3. Slack
  4. Dialpad or similar VoIP app/dialer
  5. Email and calendar management
  6. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  7. Web scraping tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies
  • Utilize effective communication skills to engage customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
