Job Title: Strategic Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the administration department and drive its growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

  1. Guide and develop team members in their respective roles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  2. Maintain excellent administration support for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of results.
  3. Liaise with external partners and government agencies to address administrative matters and enhance business relationships.
  4. Ensure accurate attendance and leave records are maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Oversee office maintenance, furniture, water, supply systems, and perform routine repair and maintenance tasks as needed.
  6. Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective solutions.
  7. Maintain organized files for all admin-related records, ensuring easy access and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Coordinate arrangements for passports, visas, and hotel reservations (local and international), taking into account employee needs and preferences.
  9. Register and insure company vehicles, maintain their upkeep, and provide pool car/rent-a-car services to employees.
  10. Initiate projects to enhance the Admin Department's efficiency, undertake additional tasks assigned by Executive Management, and contribute to the organization's overall success.

Key skills required: analytical thinking, problem-solving, excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, Windows, and Internet.
