At a leading real estate organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to drive business growth through effective partnerships and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Evaluate and optimize partnerships, revenue streams, and new market opportunities for maximum effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion to meet evolving market demands.
- Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term connections.
- Negotiate on behalf of the organization in high-level discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term relationship value.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing business development teams.
- Encourage an entrepreneurial culture within the organization to promote innovation and growth.
- Foster collaboration among departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance) to support sustainable growth objectives.
- Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification
- Stay up-to-date with emerging markets, industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Evaluate potential business ventures, proposals, and joint ventures.
- Brand Enhancement
- Increase brand visibility through events, webinars, and conferences.
- Identify and engage with sponsorship opportunities.
- Proposal & Contract Management
- Oversee proposal preparation and response to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in business development, including 8 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate sector, including market dynamics, trends, and regulatory aspects.
- Strong understanding of business development principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and strategic decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in BD tools, technologies, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide the marketing team.
- Creative thinking and innovative marketing campaign development.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
