The Senior Client Account Manager will play a pivotal role in introducing new clients and retaining them for our client, a UK-based group offering services to seasoned traders in financial markets worldwide.
The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with clients, exceed expected service levels, and manage business accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Introduce new clients and retain existing ones by forging meaningful relationships and managing business accounts efficiently.
- Report directly to the Country Operational Director on progress and client satisfaction, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish strong coordination with clients through regular communication and meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and target-driven environments is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success.
- Candidates from an accounts or finance background are also welcome to apply, bringing their unique perspective and skills to the role.
- A strong family background and social network are essential for success in this niche market, enabling effective relationship-building and account management.
- Qualification: MBA or Commerce/Finance graduate preferred, with a focus on business development and strategic management.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in the same industry is a plus, demonstrating expertise and stability in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
