As a Key Performance Engagement Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement team. Your role is responsible for outreach to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • You will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and generate sales leads.
  • You are expected to build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Achieving and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics is essential.
  • You must document customer interactions and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaboration with team members and other departments is crucial to ensure a seamless customer experience.
