Seasonal Coffee Specialist Position

We are looking for a skilled Seasonal Coffee Specialist to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Seasonal Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve hot and cold coffee and tea drinks according to professional standards.
  • Foster excellent customer relationships by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment.
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks.
  • Evaluate health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
