We are seeking a seasoned IT project leader to spearhead multiple projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  2. Team Management: Foster high-performing teams comprising developers, designers, and other specialists to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.
  3. Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success, such as scope creep, delays, or quality issues.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, status, and any changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on development work and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

The following skills would be advantageous in this position:

  • Proficiency in at least one web development language, such as MERN or Python.
