Accounting Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will provide support in various accounting tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via video calls and email.
Requirements:
  • MBA (Finance) from a reputable university or ACCA (part-qualified).
  • Strong grasp of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English for effective communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • A reliable internet connection that supports video and phone calls.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
