Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable using financial software and approve vendor invoices.
  • Handle vendor coding and approval workflows.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Prioritize bill payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Process manual check requests and wire transfers.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to vendor invoicing.
  • Manage returned payments and collect updated information from vendors.
  • Support 1099 processing.
  • Perform accounting tasks such as general ledger maintenance and reconciling accounts payable.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency in productivity systems like NetSuite, Bill.com, and Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with data entry skills.
  • Comfortable with mathematical calculations.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
