Transforming Financial Operations

We're seeking a diligent professional to join our team as a Financial Transaction Specialist. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our financial services by ensuring every transaction is accurate, timely, and traceable.

  • Manual Adjustments: Process and post adjustments across various transactions with attention to detail.
  • Negative Balance Resolution: Assist in investigating and resolving negative balances with our agents.
  • Anomaly Identification: Identify unreconciled entries and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Settlements and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Risk Flagging: Escalate high-risk issues and suggest mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records, memos, SLAs, and processing manuals for tasks.
  • Process Enhancement: Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience: 0–2 years in processing, settlements, or reconciliation in fintech or banking.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is your default; accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Problem Solver: You spot gaps, ask questions, and fix root causes.
  • Collaboration: You work openly and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Ownership: You take full responsibility for tasks and follow through.
