We are seeking a seasoned Senior E-House Project Executive to lead the execution of complex international projects. This role requires strategic planning, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring project scope, budget, and schedule compliance while maintaining quality standards.
  • Developing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing sub-contractors.
  • Reviewing and approving project deliverables, identifying task dependencies, and optimizing resource allocations.
  • Managing technical and commercial risks, ensuring project-specific quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to finalize project documents and resolve technical queries.
  • Measuring project performance using adopted systems, tools, and techniques.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in international projects and engineering, with 3-4 years handling E-House projects.
  • Strong understanding of E-House Fabrication & Integration, structural design, HVAC design, and F&G/FSS design.
  • Ability to review and evaluate sub-contractor construction plans, identify task dependencies, and optimize resource allocations.
  • Experience managing sub-contractors, drafting contracts, and Scope of Works.
  • Good understanding of technical and commercial risks, as well as project-specific quality standards.
