Client Support Specialist

This is a night shift position, however based on changing business requirements you may be required to work in morning and evening shifts.

The Team Overview

The Client Operations team delivers high-quality client support on our business intelligence tool by engaging in investigative conversations and driving product usage and revenue. As a truly global team, members get to develop industry knowledge, produce research, and hone technical skills.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients across various functional areas (Sales, Technology, Content & Industry Research etc) showcasing your extensive knowledge of our tools, data, and industries we cover.

  • Respond to client queries and advocate while leveraging your comprehensive understanding of our tools, data, and industries.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and other mediums to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Suggest improvements regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality.
  • Collaborate with product teams for timely and thorough testing of our products, focusing on the client experience.
  • Exercise independent judgment during UAT in developing test plans and evaluating testing results.
  • Partner with Senior Associates on projects to enhance subject matter expertise including data pulls and editorial support.
  • Work with clients to identify template opportunities and guide them through our template-building process.
  • Offer research and analysis support to Senior Associates.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following essential qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance is mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are eligible.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial.
  • Comprehensive financial knowledge or knowledge of the global economy is also required.
  • Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs is expected.
