
Strategic Organizational Transformation Leader

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead organizational excellence by crafting agile structures and leveraging advanced analytics to inform decision-making. This role requires aligning workforce strategies with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational structure to optimize reporting lines, clarify roles, and allocate resources effectively across all sites.
- Design and implement workforce planning strategies, including succession planning and job leveling, to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
- Recommend structural changes to enhance collaboration, agility, and efficiency, collaborating closely with senior leaders and department heads.
- Develop competency frameworks and organizational charts to align roles with industry best practices and company strategic goals.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new structures, involving stakeholders through effective communication and training.
- Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., employee engagement, turnover rates, performance trends) using tools like Power BI or HRIS platforms.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecast talent needs, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions (e.g., retention strategies, leadership development).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations, maintaining secure storage and handling of employee information.
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership, aligning insights with the company's cost leadership and operational objectives.
- Integrate analytics into organizational design decisions, using data to validate recommendations and measure their impact.
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Certification in HR analytics (e.g., SHRM Analytics) or Six Sigma Green Belt is highly valued.
- Experience: 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specializing in organizational design and/or HR analytics. Experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and organizational design software (e.g., Visio, OrgPlus).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence senior leaders.
- Proven project management skills to lead transformation initiatives under tight deadlines.
