Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Overview:

Expeditors is a global supply chain management company seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash and bank reconciliations, including fixed asset reconciliation
  • Participate in month-end reporting and analysis
  • Support preparation of financial statements for external audit
  • Coordinate tax filings and audit processes
  • Oversee accounts receivable management
  • Implement internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
  • Post financial transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of accounting experience with relevant qualifications
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Global logistics or similar industry experience a plus
  • English language proficiency required
