We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in combined SQA and Business Analysis roles, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proven expertise in QA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive test strategies to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  2. Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across platforms and environments.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, enhancing software quality and reliability.
  4. Manage defect documentation and resolution processes to maintain software integrity and performance standards.
  5. Participate in code reviews and advocate for high standards in code testability and quality.
Business Analysis Skills:
  1. Elicit business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clarity and precision in project deliverables.
  2. Translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed functional requirements.
  3. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
  4. Analyze and redesign business processes to increase efficiency and adaptability.
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance organizational performance through innovative process improvements.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in combined SQA and Business Analysis roles.
  2. Deep understanding of the SDLC and proven experience in QA methodologies.
  3. Expertise in creating detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.
  4. Proficient in defect tracking tools and knowledgeable in test automation technologies.
  5. Strong analytical skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  7. Experience in business process modelling and documentation is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  2. Strong skills in SQL and database testing.
  3. Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages.
  4. Proficiency in business process design tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Figma, Miro, or similar.
  5. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
  6. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  7. Understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Note: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Relevant certifications may be advantageous but not necessary.
