Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, supervising financial transactions, and providing strategic guidance to support the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions within and outside the organization
  • Develop an annual budget aligned with organizational goals and production targets under the guidance of the manager
  • Assist the finance manager in reviewing and responding to financial requests related to purchase orders
  • Maintain visibility into cash flow related to client and asset transactions
  • Provide regular fiscal reports on profit/loss on a weekly or yearly basis
  • Collaborate with financial staff to ensure accurate audit spreadsheets are maintained monthly/yearly
  • Oversee day-to-day job performance of staff members and manage payroll activities with approval from the manager
  • Offer risk management solutions
  • Contribute to long-term business planning in support of the financial manager and the board of managers
  • Provide funds for new products and services based on rough cost estimates
  • Support the manager in obtaining financial data from various sources, including monthly and daily expenses
  • Ensure timely reporting to the financial manager, managing deadlines through staff coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting (Manufacturing Industry)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer knowledge, with expertise in MS Excel and other computer-related skills like database administration, Tally, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Awareness of data security regulations to safeguard the organization's financial assets
  • Ability to adapt to changes in financial regulations and legislations
  • Market trend analysis skills
  • Calm and professional attitude to work under pressure
  • Strategic approach to dealing with external competition
