Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire financial operations. This includes managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Reconcile bank statements, advances, and other financial accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Prepare payments to vendors and process payroll for employees in accordance with company policies.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data, provide insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements
  • Expertise in QuickBooks accounting software and MS Excel is required.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
