Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing multiple locations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with a focus on Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate staff work schedules and time-off requests
  • Finding coverage and sending New Employee Onboarding Pack
  • Promotions, hiring/fire, and job postings
  • Coordinating Staff training and processing Payroll/Bonus Calculation
  • Correcting Clock In/Clock Out and other administrative tasks

Requirements:
  • Must have HR experience in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner
